I purchased a Rubbermaid shed similar to this several years ago; it held up remarkably well. I decided to purchase another in late Nov 2024; it arrived a few weeks later on 12/11/24… shortly after arrival (of the 700+lb box), the weather in New England prevented us from assembling the shed, so it sat boxed in the yard under a tarp until this week: March 2025. When the shed was unboxed, it was discovered to have damage - see photos. It appears to be damage caused by a fork lift; the box was pierced and the floor pieces of the shed damaged on both the inside and outside of the floor. It was outside of the Amazon return window and I was instructed to contact Rubbermaid customer service, which I did immediately via their website. I received a reply to my email from customer service within 24 hours requesting additional information and photos. I provided requested information and within AN HOUR of providing the same; I received an order confirmation for the damaged part to be delivered within 7-10 business days free of charge.I am absolutely blown away by the outstanding customer service provided. It seems “out of the norm” these days, so I needed it to be known; particularly if you are planning to order this through Amazon and are hesitant. **Rubbermaid will make it right if there are any issues**I will update again once the part is received and shed assembled!!
I love this shed! It's adorable! A very good buy.
Perfect product and easy to install it.
We neded sheds for extra storeage , need two people to put together well thats makes it easy, nice strong shed
Buyer BEWARE. Rating should be ZERO! My husband and I put this shed up less than 6 months ago and it looked great until last week. I never imagined that this 7’x10.5’ shed would blow over a fence into my neighbors yard and smash. Thank God it didn’t land on their children or dog because they would have been killed. This shed weighed more than 400 lbs. it had a few things in it so the floor stayed in place but the rest of the shed came apart from the floor and flew over a chain link fence. I don’t remember the instructions mentioning that this shed should be anchored to the ground but if you have one please be safe and tie it down! I live in MA and we don’t really get a lot of extreme weather! We did have some wind last week but never in my wildest nightmares would I have thought that this would happen!!! Now, I’m out approximately $1450 and I have no shed! Rubbermaid/Newell should step up and make this right!
